Group Canicross Beginner Lessons

Course Duration

Group lessons now available to introduce you to the increasingly popular sport of Canicross.By running cross-country on varied terrain you will benefit by building up your strength, stamina, fitness and running skills. By spending quality time with your dog you will create a strong bond through the exercise.

Beginner lessons will cover correct fitting of harnesses and belts, how your dog learns and motivation, changing pace, overtaking safely and dangers of overheating.  You will learn everything you need for yourself and your dog to canicross safely.
