Course Duration
Group sessions now available to introduce you to the increasingly popular sport of Canicross.By walking/jogging cross-country on varied terrain you will benefit by building up your strength, stamina, fitness and running skills. By spending quality time with your dog you will create a strong bond through the exercise.
We will cover correct fitting of harnesses and belts, how your dog learns and motivation, changing pace, overtaking safely and dangers of overheating.
All kit available to borrow.
The pace will be a mixture of power walking and gentle jogging.
Average distance covered in one session is 3 miles.
